• FROM THE NORTH:
  • Route 95 South to Exit 50.
  • Follow Route 1 South approximately 2 miles to Route 114 East Peabody Exit.
  • Follow Route 114 East through Peabody to a set of lights.
  • Take left at lights (sign says Marblehead).
  • Continue on Route 114 East towards Salem (It gets tricky here.)
  • Stay on Route 114 East through Salem Center onto Lafayette Street. This is the same street that goes into Marblehead (you will come to Salem State College.)
  • Bear to the left (still on Lafayette Street.)
  • Continue on Lafayette Street into Marblehead (Marblehead sign is on the left.)
  • The Lafayette Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility is located at 25 Lafayette Street.
     
• FROM BOSTON:
  • Take either the Tobin Bridge or Callahan Tunnel North towards Revere.
  • Take Route 1A North to Revere and Lynn.
  • Take Lynnway North to Lynnshore Drive.
  • Follow Lynnshore Drive into Swampscott (This is Humphrey Street.)
  • Bear left at the island (This is still Humphrey Street - Bluff Market is on right.)
  • Continue straight until you reach the lights.
  • Take a left onto Maple Street.
  • Go up hill past Elementary School on right.
  • At top of hill take a right onto Lafayette Street which is Route 114.
  • The Lafayette Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility is located at 25 Lafayette Street.
     
• FROM THE SOUTH:
  • Take Route 128 North to Exit 25 Salem - Route 114.
  • Follow Route 114 East through Peabody to a set of lights
    Take Left at lights (Sign says Marblehead).
  • Continue on Route 114 East towards Salem (It gets tricky here.)
  • Stay on Route 114 East through Salem Center onto Lafayette Street. This is the same street that goes into Marblehead (You will come to Salem State College.)
  • Bear to the left (Still on Lafayette Street.)
    Continue on Lafayette Street into Marblehead (Marblehead sign is on the Left).
  • The Lafayette Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility is located at 25 Lafayette Street.
     
• FROM GLOUCESTER:
  • Route 128 South to Exit 25 Salem Route 114.
  • Follow rest as above.
