FROM THE NORTH:
1) Route 95 South to Exit 50.
2) Follow Route 1 South approximately 2 miles to Route 114
3)
Follow Route 114 East through Peabody to a set of lights.
4) Take Left at lights (Sign says Marblehead).
5) Continue on Route 114 East towards Salem (It gets tricky here.)
6)
Stay on Route 114 East through Salem Center onto Lafayette Street. This is the same street that goes into Marblehead (You will come to Salem State College.)
7)
Bear to the left (Still on Lafayette Street.)
Continue on Lafayette Street into Marblehead (Marblehead sign is on the Left).
8)
The Lafayette Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility is located at 25 Lafayette Street. |

FROM BOSTON:
1) Take either the Tobin Bridge or Callahan Tunnel North towards Revere.
2) Take Route 1A North to Revere and Lynn.
3) Take Lynnway North to Lynnshore Drive.
4) Follow Lynnshore Drive into Swampscott (This is Humphrey Street.)
5) Bear left at the island (This is still Humphrey Street - Bluff Market is on right.)
6) Continue straight until you reach the lights.
7) Take a left onto Maple Street.
8) Go up hill past Elementary School on right.
9) At top of hill take a right onto Lafayette Street which is Route 114.
10) The Lafayette Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility is located at 25 Lafayette Street. |

FROM THE SOUTH:
1) Take Route 128 North to Exit 25 Salem - Route 114.
2)
Follow Route 114 East through Peabody to a set of lights.
3) Take Left at lights (Sign says Marblehead).
4) Continue on Route 114 East towards Salem (It gets tricky here.)

Stay on Route 114 East through Salem Center onto Lafayette Street. This is the same street that goes into Marblehead (You will come to Salem State College.)

1) Route 128 South to Exit 25 Salem Route 114.
