Rehabilitation Services
 The
Lafayette Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility's outcome
oriented rehabilitation program offers residents the ability
to meet the unique challenges of their rehabilitation in a home-like
setting. Functional improvement and a better quality of life
for each resident are the goals of our Rehabilitation department.
The Lafayette Rehabilitation
and Skilled Nursing Facility's team of physical, occupational,
and speech therapists works together daily to assist and improve
mobility, self-care, and communications skills for residents
who have had strokes, debilitating illnesses, surgeries, and
other events.
Our team develops an individualized
plan for each resident to help them reach their maximum physical
potential. Our therapists work to accommodate each patient's
needs and schedule, bringing to rehabilitative care a comprehensive
approach and a number of specialized treatment programs.
In addition, The Lafayette Rehabilitation
and Skilled Nursing Facility's in-house adjunct professionals
include dentists, podiatrists, audiologists, and optometrists.
